About Our Coastal Beach House Surfboard Decor and Furniture

Coastal beach house decor is what Tiki Soul is all about. Our decorative surfboard art comes in three sizes, 4 foot, 5 foot, and 6ft (all are 3/4″ thick). All surfboards are available in either a Classic Longboard shape (round nose) or a Shreddin’ Shortboard shape (pointy nose) with a matte or high gloss finish. They make awesome accents to bedrooms, bathrooms, tiki bars, patios, restaurants, weddings, and really anywhere you want a Hawaiian, Beach, Coastal beach house decor or Surf decor.

Our coastal beach house decor surfboards are shaped to realistic dimensions from top surfboard companies, ensuring realistic shapes at any size. The flat back design allows for easy wall hanging.

Tiki Soul offers surfboards made from 100% solid wood, ensuring durability and a beautiful finish without the worry of delamination that can happen with surfbard art made from plywood of any grade.

NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS

Please note that due to differences in natural wood tones, stains on natural wood will have different tones and hues and may not match pictures seen here. Wood grain and density varies from board to board. We refuse to use cheap materials and our final product is just proof that quality in means quality out. With wood hand picked per design created.

AIRBRUSHING, HAND PAINTING AND STAINING

Combination of airbrushing, staining, hand painting are used in the creation of our surfboard art. Custom work available for any occasion. Color matching, text, photos, mock-up service available.

PROFESSIONAL NON TOXIC EPOXY CLEAR COAT FINISH

Decorative surfboard art gets commercial grade epoxy clear coat for glass-like finish. Equivalent to 60 coats of varnish. Contains UV protectant to prevent yellowing. No toxic fumes, odor-free. Small imperfections may occur but will not affect overall look. We will not ship anything we wouldn't hang in our own home.

Please note that if you are going to hang your surfboard outdoors you will need to order your surfboard with the outdoor protection. Surfboards come ready to hang indoors only away from direct sunlight.

BACK OF OUR COASTAL BEACH HOUSE DECOR SURFBOARDS

The back of our surfboards also receive a thin layer of wood sealer to protect it from the elements. This is very important for your surfboards longevity. Again a lot of others skip this step to save on cost, yet still charge top dollar. Backs of surfboards may have imperfection such as sanding marks, paint or tape residue, epoxy prints or other small imperfections. Our focus is on the surfboards finish on the art side not the back.

HANGING YOUR SURFBOARD ART

Surfboards come with back hardware for easy installation and hanging at an angle. Wall anchor not included. Surfboard art suitable for indoor and outdoor use (outdoor undercover away from direct sunlight). Weatherproofing option available for hanging in elements.
